Take some time to think about the following things to trigger your awareness of what you are grateful for:

Take a few minutes to send a thank you -- email, text or greeting card. Did you get a new client via a referral? Did a customer agree to a business meeting?
2. Who do you appreciate knowing?
Take a moment to show appreciation for those exceptional people in your life.
